If you’re into croissants, creamy fillings, and all things pistachio, Lapisan PĆ¢tisserie just gave you a reason to visit Salon Du Pain 2025. From 21 May to 8 June, head over to Isetan KLCC to try their two new exclusive creations both inspired by this year’s festival theme: pistachio.
Salon Du Pain, one of Kuala Lumpur’s most awaited artisan bread and pastry festivals, brings together the crĆØme de la crĆØme of local and regional pĆ¢tissiers. This year, Lapisan’s bold new treats aim to satisfy both pastry purists and sweet tooths alike.
š„ Meet the Stars: Pistachio Bowtie Croissant and CronelĆ©
The first showstopper is the Pistachio Bowtie Croissant. It’s shaped like a ribbon, with buttery flaky layers and a generous filling of pistachio cream. Every bite balances crunch and cream, giving you that melt-in-your-mouth richness with a nutty twist.
Right next to it? The Pistachio CronelƩ a mash-up of croissant and canelƩ. It features the chewy bite and caramelised edges of a classic canelƩ but filled with velvety sweet pistachio cream. It's buttery, rich, and perfect for those who like their dessert with depth.
š️ Limited-Time Deals Just for This Festival
To sweeten the deal, Lapisan PĆ¢tisserie is offering exclusive promotions throughout the event:
-
50% off a Pistachio Bowtie Croissant or CronelƩ when you purchase any two other pastries
-
Free Honey Toast voucher with any purchase during the event
What’s more, these pastries are event exclusives, so you won’t find them anywhere else not even at their regular outlets.
“At Lapisan, we believe pastries should do more than satisfy cravings they should spark joy, curiosity, and even conversations,” said Darren Sim, Business Development Manager at Secret Recipe Cakes & CafĆ©.
“Salon Du Pain is the ideal platform to showcase our experimental yet elegant approach to modern pĆ¢tisserie.”
šæ Halal Certified and Proud
Earlier this year, Lapisan PĆ¢tisserie’s Mid Valley outlet earned its Halal certification from the Department of Islamic Development Malaysia (JAKIM). This certification makes their creations more accessible to a wider Malaysian audience, including Muslim dessert lovers looking for halal-certified French-inspired treats.
š Where and When
Whether you’re a pistachio fan or simply looking for a fresh treat to add to your KL foodie checklist, this is your moment. Salon Du Pain only comes around once a year and with Lapisan PĆ¢tisserie’s two bold new creations in the spotlight, there’s no better time to indulge.
