Tesla has introduced the Model Y L, its latest six-seater SUV designed with families in mind, combining safety, efficiency and technology with a more spacious configuration for both drivers and passengers.

Tesla vehicles have received top safety ratings from leading global organisations including the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) in the United States, Euro NCAP in Europe, ANCAP in Australia and New Zealand, and C-IASI in China.
In Malaysia, the Model Y L is priced from RM263,000, with monthly payments starting from RM1,988*. It also comes with a complimentary acceleration boost.

Tesla Expands Its Charging Network in Malaysia
Alongside the arrival of the Model Y L, Tesla continues to expand its charging infrastructure across Malaysia. The company has established 21 Supercharger sites with 92 Superchargers and 18 Destination Charging sites with 78 Wall Connectors nationwide.
Another six charging sites are expected to be introduced by the end of 2026 across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Perak, Seremban and Penang.
Tesla has also enabled more than 13,000 households in Malaysia to charge their vehicles at home, complementing its growing public charging network.
The expanding network supports cross-country journeys from Singapore through Malaysia to Thailand, providing Tesla drivers with access to high-speed charging along key regional routes for tourism, business and long-distance travel.
Tesla also provides cross-border warranty coverage, service access and connectivity to support customers travelling between countries in the region.
Limited-Time Incentives for Model 3, Model Y and Model Y L
Tesla is also offering several limited-time incentives for its vehicles in Malaysia. The Model 3, Model Y and Model Y L are eligible for benefits under Tesla's Refer and Earn programme.
Through the programme, existing Tesla owners can share their personal referral links with friends and family and receive rewards when a referral completes a qualifying purchase. The rewards can be redeemed for benefits including Supercharging credits and software upgrades.
