Current Updates on COVID-19 in Malaysia [4 October 2020]
The Ministry of Health (MOH) would like to inform that 67 cases have fully recovered and discharged today. Cumulatively, 10,283 confirmed COVID-19 cases been discharged (83.1% of total cumulative cases). A total of 293 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported to the National Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre (CPRC) MOH today. Cumulatively there are now 12,381 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Malaysia. Therefore, there are currently 1,961 active and infective COVID-19 cases . They have all been isolated and given treatment. Of the 293 cases reported today, one (1) is an imported case who was infected overseas. Of the 292 local transmission cases, 269 cases are Malaysians and 23 cases non-Malaysians . Currently, 28 confirmed COVID-19 cases are receiving treatment in the intensive care units (ICUs), with four (4) patients on ventilation support . Current Updates on COVID-19 in Malaysia [3 October 2020]
The Ministry of Health (MOH) would like to inform that 121 cases have fully recovered and discharged today. Cumulatively, 10,216 confirmed COVID-19 cases have been discharged (84.5% of total cumulative cases). A total of 317 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported to the National Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre (CPRC) MOH today. Cumulatively there are now 12,088 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Malaysia. Therefore, there are currently 1,735 active and infective COVID-19 cases . They have all been isolated and given treatment. All 317 cases reported today are local transmission cases involving 303 Malaysians and 14 non-Malaysians. Of the 317 cases, 37 cases have a history of travel to Sabah . Currently, 29 confirmed COVID-19 cases are receiving treatment in the intensive care units (ICUs), with four (4) patients on ventilation support . Cumulatively, 10,095 confirmed COVID-19 cases have been discharged (85.8% of total cumulative cases). A total of 287 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported to the National Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre (CPRC) MOH today. Cumulatively there are now 11,771 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Malaysia. Therefore, there are currently 1,540 active and infective COVID-19 cases. They have all been isolated and given treatment. All 287 cases reported today are local transmission cases. There are no imported cases reported today. Currently, 22 confirmed COVID-19 cases are receiving treatment in the intensive care units (ICUs), with four (4) patients on ventilation support. No additional COVID-19 death was reported to the National CPRC MOH today. Cumulatively, there remains 136 COVID-19 deaths in Malaysia (1.16% of total cumulative cases).

Cumulatively, 10,014 confirmed COVID-19 cases have been discharged (87.2% of total cumulative cases).
