OURSHOP, an e-commerce platform connecting travellers to airport retailers, high-street stores and local retailers has partnered with a new retail group, J&S Group to expand their footprint in Subang Skypark, Penang International Airport and Langkawi International Airport.
The strategic partnership allows both international and domestic passengers travelling through these airports to purchase exclusive travel retail items at their fingertips through ourshop.com and collect the items at the respective airports.
OURSHOP Chief Merchant Officer Raj Daswani said, “We are pleased to partner with J&S Group as OURSHOP is on a fast-growing journey to expand our footprint in the country and further strengthen our position in the travel retail market beyond our traditional AirAsia passengers to passengers from other airlines, thus expanding our current footprint to Subang Skypark. Our partnership with J&S Group proves that we can be a marketplace for all travellers and aligns with our strategies to support more local businesses by providing a platform to market their products online and provide a unique shopping experience for travellers. This partnership also comes at the right time as we are able to leverage on Visit Malaysia 2020.”

J&S Group has the biggest retail presence in Subang Skypark with a number of stores such as Jet Set Go retailing branded luggages, Chocolate Box retailing imported chocolates and Flamenco retailing perfumes. In addition, the Group also operates Watch Stars and Chocolate Box in Penang International Airport and the Luggage store in Langkawi International Airport.
Besides the three airports in Malaysia that have been newly added into OURSHOP’s collection point, travellers who choose to buy their duty free on OURSHOP can also collect their items at ERAMAN duty free outlets in Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 (klia2), Aelia Duty Free at Melbourne’s Avalon Airport, Lagardère Hong Kong at Hong Kong International Airport, Plaza Bali at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Jakarta, Manila’s T3 International Terminal in the Philippines and selected Airports in India. Travellers can also shop online and collect their products onboard AirAsia flights with the inflight delivery option.
