Serving Size: 6 portions

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 90g MAGGI® Pes Perencah Bihun Goreng
  • 300g Chicken Breast
  • 3 Eggs
  • 240g Rice Noodle / Beehoon
  • 150g Mustard Greens (Sawi)

Instruction
  1. Heat oil and sauté MAGGI® Pes Perencah Bihun Goreng for a while.
  2. Add in chicken breast and stir fry for a while.
  3. Add in eggs, stir until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Add in beehoon and mustard greens, stir till cooked

Chef-Style Black Pepper Beef
Serving Size: 6 portions

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 90g MAGGI® Pes Perencah Lada Hitam
  • 600g Lean Beef (cut into thin strips)
  • 1 Large Onion (vertically sliced)
  • 2 stalks Spring Onions (chopped into 1 cm lengths)
  • ½ Red Capsicum

Instruction
  1. Heat oil and stir fry beef until half cooked
  2. Add in MAGGI® Pes Perencah Lada Hitam and sauté for a while.
  3. Add in onion, capsicum and spring onions.
  4. Cook until mixed well.

Good Ol’ Kampung Fried Rice
Serving Size: 6 portions

Ingredients
  • 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 90g MAGGI® Pes Perencah Nasi Goreng Kampung
  • 300g Chicken Breast
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 ½ Rice (cooked)
  • 3 Bird’s Eye Chili
  • 100g Water Spinach / Kangkung
  • 6 tbsp Anchovies (fried)

Instruction
  1. Heat oil and sauté MAGGI® Pes Perencah Nasi Goreng Kampung for a while.
  2. Add in chicken. Sauté until chicken is cooked through.
  3. Add eggs, cook until mixed well.
  4. Add rice, water spinach and bird’s eye chili, cook until mixed well. sauté for a while.
  5. Cook until mixed well. Serve with fried anchovies.

Royal Chicken Briyani
Serving Size: 6 portions

Ingredients
  • 4 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 1 in Ginger
  • 90g MAGGI® Pes Perencah Nasi Briyani
  • 200g Chicken Breast
  • 450g Basmati Rice
  • 700ml Water
  • 100g Tomato
  • 50g Laksa Leaf
  • 50g Mint Leaves
  • 50g Cashew Nuts
  • 10g Fried onions

Instruction
  1. Heat frying pan and add in ghee. Sauté onion and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add MAGGI® Pes Perencah Nasi Briyani, sauté for a while then add in chicken. Sauté until chicken is cooked through.
  3. Add the basmathi rice and mix for a while. Transfer all ingredients to an electric cooker.
  4. Pour in the water, add tomatoes then let it cook.
  5. After cooking, sprinkle with mint leaves, cashew nuts and fried onions.
