Samsung Malaysia Electronics today has announced that it will provide support to affected customers in the form of a one-time free cleaning and inspection plus free labour costs to repair affected Samsung products that were damaged in the recent floods[1].
From now until 31st January 2022, customers can contact 1800-88-9999, live chat via Samsung Members or head to Samsung.com/my, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to arrange for an appointment or for further details on the programme.
