vivo launched the all-new imaging flagship vivo X500 Series in Shanghai. As the opening chapter of vivo's company-level strategy to elevate dynamic imaging, the vivo X500, vivo X500 Pro and vivo X500 Pro Max aimed to deliver "dual excellence in photo and video experience", redefining the boundaries of mobile imaging.

vivo's imaging strategy has always focused on one goal: continuously elevating and exceeding expectations in scenarios users care about most, such as portraits, telephoto and concerts. vivo X500 Pro Max debuts the vivo x Sony LYTIA L910 sensor, delivering 17 EV Ultra-High Dynamic Range in true output; it features the 200 MP ZEISS APO Telephoto Camera, supporting the 400 mm Equivalent vivo ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 Ultra; it offers exclusive leading imaging specifications including 4K 240 fps Cinematic Slow-Mo Video and 8K Native Live; it is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro, integrating vivo's Imaging Chip V3+ & the Pro Imaging Chip VS1+; it is equipped with a 2K ZEISS Master Color Display and an 7,800 mAh BlueVolt Battery. The entire series runs OriginOS 7, achieving comprehensive breakthroughs in imaging, performance, system and design.

The Technical Foundation for the Second Half of Mobile Imaging
Through systematic "hardware-software integration" innovation, the vivo X500 Series achieves breakthroughs in three fundamental dimensions, including sensors, chips and algorithms, and defines five dynamic imaging experience standards: high dynamic range, professional image quality, cinematic color, professional stabilization and dynamic consistency, laying the technical foundation for the second half of mobile imaging.

At the sensor level, vivo and Sony jointly defined a new flagship sensor, introducing the vivo x Sony LYTIA L910 sensor. Surpassing the physical limits of previous sensors, it achieves true 17 EV ultra-high dynamic range, setting a new record in mobile imaging history, extending "clear even in backlight" from photos to every frame of video. 

At the stabilization level, the ZEISS TrueDynamic Main Camera on X500 Pro Max achieves 3° gimbal-grade OIS, with both the main and telephoto cameras reaching CIPA 7.0 Professional Stabilization, delivering stable shots even in motion.

At the computing level, the MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro is MediaTek's first 2nm flagship chip, integrating vivo's self-developed imaging chips V3+ & VS1 and features professional Log video hardware and Ultra Performance Imaging NPU 2.0, providing ample computing power for high-spec video creation.

vivo X500 Pro Series: The Complete Answer for Direct Cinematic Output
Let's start with the hardware. The vivo X500 Pro Series features the ZEISS TrueDynamic Main Camera with a 1/1.28-inch large sensor and ZEISS T* Coating. At the performance level, vivo X500 Pro and vivo X500 Pro Max are equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro flagship platform, built on the second-generation 2nm N2P process. vivo X500 Pro Max features a 6.85-inch BOE Q11 2K ZEISS Master Color Display and a 7800 mAh BlueVolt Battery; vivo X500 Pro features a 6.36-inch ZEISS Master Color Display and a 6510 mAh BlueVolt Battery. For telephoto, vivo X500 features the same vivo × Sony LYTIA 610 sensor as vivo X500 Pro, supporting 64 MP and 4K 120 fps High-Spec Slow-Motion Video, also achieving CIPA 5.5 Professional Stabilization. A key feature of this sensor is its innovative Green 1×1 RB 2×2 OCL pixel structure, which combines the resolving power of a 1×1 configuration with the focusing performance of a 2×2 configuration.

For Live experience, the vivo X500 Series is the industry's first with 8K Native Live across the entire lineup, giving Live photos richer detail.

The imaging ecosystem capabilities are also brought to the standard model.
