Yoodo, Malaysia’s first fully customisable and 100% digital mobile service, has once again fortified its position as the go to Telco for gamers.

Yoodo continues its support for esports by sponsoring the ESL Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines National Championship Season 2 for Arena of Valor (AoV) as well as DOTA 2. The ESL National Championship aims to encourage grassroots talent in the region.

Chow Tuck Mun, Head of Yoodo, commented on the sponsorship, “We know how passionate our users are about gaming and esports, and hence the reason we are going beyond PUBG MOBILE. We are proud to be expanding our horizons within the segment to continue to build strong support for esports.”

To commemorate this new extension of Yoodo’s foray into esports and to further excite gamers, Yoodo has launched an AoV data add-on that provides users with 20GB of dedicated data for the game at only RM5. This means that gamers can enjoy lag free gaming on Malaysia’s largest 4G LTE network without worrying about going over data limits or dealing with additional charges.

“Following a series of successful initiatives in the esports scene, we wanted to take our commitment even further. We decided it was time to develop a fun community space especially for Malaysian gamers,” Tuck Mun shared. “Users will be able to catch latest news and updates from the gaming scene in Malaysia. They can also look forward to gaming-focused videos, player’s interviews, and more.”
