As the seasons shift to warmer temperatures, Timberland delivers its new Summer 2021 collection of naturally lightweight footwear and comfortable eco-conscious apparel. Using Nature as inspiration, Timberland crafts this collection with natural materials like sustainably grown cotton, natural wool and renewable wood fibers.
The naturally lightweight men’s TrueCloud™ EK+ Knit Chukka and Oxford lead the new lineup. Minimally designed high and low profile uppers are made from 50% natural wool blended with nylon for a lightweight feeling of freedom. The linings are made of 70% wood pulp fibres and 30% recycled cotton from manufacturing waste.
Finishing touches include 100% recycled PET laces and high-rebound cushioning for comfort and support.
In apparel, Timberland introduces the men’s TimberCHILL™ shirt. TimberCHILL™ technology uses moisture-wicking, breathable material to help provide cool comfort on the go. The material is made of at least 35% ReBOTL™ fabric. Plus, this unique fabric construction provides sun protection with a rating of 40+ UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor). Combine the TimberCHILL™ shirt with new men’s Squam Lake Stretch Poplin Chino shorts made of 97% sustainably grown cotton and 3% elastane for a comfortable stretch. Accessories like printed backpacks, waist pouches and bucket hats round off the collection to complete almost any warm-weather look.
