Current statistics of COVID-19 [27 February 2020]

Worldwide current statistics of COVID-19 (updated at 8am, 27th Feb 2020). Seven (7) new countries were listed among the countries involved namely Pakistan, North Macedonia, Georgia, Romania, Brazil, Greece and Norway. 

Brazil became first country from South America to record its first case of COVID-19 infection. A 61 year old male was reported went to Lombardy, Italy before he was confirmed with the infection. 

Meanwhile, the World Health Organisation (WHO) said on Monday that the coronavirus epidemic has "peaked" in China. In other development, the total cases in Malaysia remain at 22, including 20 cured.
