RIUH partners up with co-host and official e-wallet partner, Selangkah, to welcome the return of live events and entertainment with a Christmas Tropicola weekend at the beautiful grounds of Sentul Depot this 4th and 5th December 2021.

In continuing efforts to support the creative scene in the new normal with tightened and strict COVID-19 SOPs in place, admission to RIUH is strictly by registration only. Happening from 2pm till 12am on Saturday and 12pm till 10pm on Sunday, save the date and book your time slot at the much awaited return of the city’s favourite curated creative platform by pre-booking your entry via https://bit.ly/riuhxmas21 - be sure to take note of the guide and notes to prepare for the weekend safely!

Rest assured, contactless and cashless payments will be made available by Selangkah Wallet, a secure e-wallet powered by Kiplepay Sdn Bhd and designed to provide users with a seamless and easy-to-use payment platform. Selangkah is a comprehensive tool that pioneered contact tracing in Malaysia and has been evolving consistently in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Take part in Cult Creative x The Green Factory’s ‘Wooden Wishing Tree’, makchic x Seni Lab’s ‘Toy Library Tree’ and PichaEats’ ‘Moments Tree’.

In keeping true to RIUH’s DNA, family friendly activities and play are also plenty to keep little hands busy and engaged throughout the weekend. There will be a Kids Area with open ended wooden playsets by Modle Play and sensory play kits by Kechik, as well as Bauble Decorating and Shrink Plastic Ornaments by Artsy Craftsy. Kids can also catch Tropical Santa on his walkabout and pose for photos with him.



Your tummy is in for a treat as 15 enticing F&B merchants will cater to your taste buds with delectable western, fusion and vegan fare plus desserts and drinks from Halo Doughnuts, Phil’s Pizza, PichaEats, Sala KL and Brotani to name a few. Plus, guests can also have a taste of what’s on offer at hip culinary hub, TIffin at the Yard.

Best of all, bring your friends and family and revel in the thrill of live music and dance back in action on the RIUH stage, this time with Russell Curtis, Langkasuka, 2Twenty2studio and Amethyst String Quartet leading the merry showcase.
