Now available as a C2C service in Malaysia, pandago builds on foodpanda’s efforts to offer convenient, reliable and affordable on-demand delivery service
foodpanda, one of Malaysia’s leading food delivery platform, has now broadened its offerings for customers to include a 24/7 on-demand parcel delivery service nationwide at affordable prices called pandago.
With pandago, users can easily request for a foodpanda rider to deliver their items by updating their foodpanda app to the latest version and clicking on the “pandago” tile. The on-demand delivery service offers an easy solution for time-sensitive deliveries, fulfilling users’ deliveries in under 60 minutes.
This makes it particularly convenient for users who want to deliver urgently needed items, such as perishables and essential documents, even in the wee hours. The round-the-clock availability of pandago also makes it a useful service for surprise gift deliveries at any time of the day, even at midnight. Customers will also be able to easily track their deliveries with a real-time tracking function that provides updates on delivery status while being able to chat with their assigned delivery partner to update their delivery details, or just to say a word of appreciation for a job done.
The pandago service has been operating in Malaysia since 2021 as a logistics-as-a-service (LaaS) solution for businesses looking for an on-demand and reliable fleet to deliver orders to their customers. Without any onboarding or commission fees, pandago provides businesses with the ability to manage their operations costs by spending on deliveries only when needed.
This was especially useful to restaurant operators who want to maintain their own quick-commerce ordering system but without the resources of having their own delivery fleet.
“Delivery is such a central part of our lives now and it has never been easier to deliver items such as medication, keys, documents or items that you simply left behind at another location. With pandago, customers can simpley send any small item off at any time of the day without busting their wallets,” said foodpanda Malaysia Chief Executive Officer Sayantan Das.
In celebration of this C2C pandago launch, new pandago users can enjoy 20% off their first delivery with the voucher PANDAGO.
