What Is TikTok Shop Mall’s 30-Day Free Return Policy?

  • Applies only to products marked with the 'Mall' badge

  • Valid for 30 days from the delivery date

  • Free return shipping if you select "No Longer Needed"

  • Sellers are protected too, they can reject returns if the item isn’t in acceptable condition

It’s all part of TikTok Shop’s push to make online shopping more confident, convenient, and fair.

Only products marked with the TikTok Shop Mall ‘Mall’ badge are included under this policy. You’ll spot the badge right next to the product name when browsing.
