Shopping online just got even safer. Since early June 2025, TikTok Shop Mall has upgraded its return policy giving Malaysian shoppers a 30 day free return window on all authentic branded products.
That’s double the standard return period, and yes, shipping costs are covered too if you’re simply having second thoughts.
What Is TikTok Shop Mall’s 30-Day Free Return Policy?

Free return shipping if you select "No Longer Needed"

Only products marked with the TikTok Shop Mall ‘Mall’ badge are included under this policy. You’ll spot the badge right next to the product name when browsing.
