REVIEW: Russell Taylors Stand Mixer SM-1500 & Easy Meringue Recipe

Are you stressed out with the Movement Control Order? Get your quarantine days with baking because it's therapeutic and I got you covered with the best baking tools ever! When it comes to baking, tools are very essentials in making sure your time and your energy are being used efficiently. Who wants to get tired after baking am I right?

Here’s one of the tools of my favourite when it comes to baking. Easy to use, powerful and affordable, Russell Taylors Stand Mixer SM-1500. When I first got my hands into this beast I just knew that this is the mixer that I needed in my life.

Russell Taylors Stand Mixer is capable of mixing more than 1kg of flour with its 7.5L stainless steel bowl and when it's big, it needs more power thus Russell Taylors comes with 1500w of powerful motor making it the best companion for me.

Also what’s best with Russell Taylors Stand Mixer is, it comes with 3 attachments which are dough hooks for your perfect bread making, the wire whip for your perfect whisking egg whites to make meringue for example and the flat beater to combine your cake mix marvelously.

As of now, I’ve made quite a lot of things using Russell Taylors Stand Mixer like making meringues, Dalgona coffee whip and making cookie dough, and what I can tell you is that it's not just easy but fun to use. It is easy to insert and remove the equipment, comes with rubber suction cups to ensure it stays and also with splash-guard to avoid spillage messing up your kitchen when you are mixing liquids.

Well enough saying, here’s a video on how easy I make Meringue using Russell Taylors Stand Mixer, believe me when I said this stand mixer has made my life a lot easier. Meringue is a very simple sugary ‘cookie’ that you can have it with acidic fruits like strawberries, berries or oranges. Tricky part about making Meringue is the egg whites, yes you can use your hand whisk but it will take forever and a hard work. Thus, using a mixer is highly recommended.
