Vietjet propels into the year end on a high and proves once again that it is the low-cost airline to beat after bringing home three prestigious awards. This includes bagging the title of Best Low-Cost Airline in Vietnam at the annual World Airline Awards 2022 by Skytrax, the world’s leading international air transport rating organisation.
In addition to this, the airline was also named the Most Valued Airline of the Year in Asia 2022 and Best Cabin Crew Service in Asia 2022 by notable magazine World Business Outlook.

“These awards are an acknowledgement of our perseverance to maintain a reliable flight operation and achieving the highest customer satisfaction rating through pioneering solutions and services. With 150 million passengers transported across Vietnam and throughout the world, Vietjet has taken the lead to allow everyone to fly, continuously adopting new technologies and further optimising customers’ flight experiences while expanding our flight network domestically and internationally,” said Nguyen Thanh Son, Vice President of Vietjet.
Meanwhile, World Business Outlook’s Editor Ujal Nair praised Vietjet for their achievements. “It is our pleasure to handover these two titles to Vietjet Air for their exemplary services from both their cabin crew and their ground staff as well as online and offline systems.”
