DJI has introduced a new colour option for its compact gimbal camera in Malaysia. The DJI Osmo Pocket 4P Pearl White combines a pearl-inspired finish with a dual-lens camera system, advanced video capabilities and built-in stabilisation, with a retail price of RM2,419.
Designed for content creators, travel vloggers and anyone who enjoys capturing everyday moments, the Pearl White edition retains the camera features of the original Osmo Pocket 4P while offering a more refined appearance.
The new finish uses mica-infused pearlescent pigments and a multi-layer spray coating, creating subtle changes in its appearance depending on the lighting and viewing angle. It gives the camera a softer, more understated look without changing its core functionality.

Dual Lenses for More Creative Flexibility
One of the main highlights of the DJI Osmo Pocket 4P Pearl White is its dual-lens camera system, which gives creators more flexibility when switching between wide-angle scenes and closer compositions.
The primary 20mm wide-angle lens features a 1-inch CMOS sensor with an f/2.0 aperture. It supports video recording at up to 4K/240fps, allowing users to capture detailed slow-motion footage of moving subjects, outdoor scenery and everyday activities.
The camera also incorporates LOFIC technology and offers up to 17 stops of dynamic range. This is designed to preserve more detail in bright and dark areas of a scene, particularly when filming sunsets, backlit subjects or environments with challenging lighting conditions.
For creators who prefer adjusting the colours of their footage during editing, the camera includes DJI's 10-bit D-Log 2 colour profile, which captures more than one billion colours and provides greater flexibility during colour grading.
Meanwhile, the secondary 60mm medium-telephoto lens comes with an f/1.8 aperture and offers 3x optical zoom, with zoom capabilities extending up to 12x. This makes it useful for portraits, close-up details and compositions where creators want to focus more closely on their subjects.
Both lenses work alongside the camera's built-in gimbal stabilisation system to help produce smoother footage without requiring a separate stabiliser. Despite its camera capabilities, the Osmo Pocket 4P weighs approximately 230g, making it convenient to carry while travelling or filming on the move.

4K Slow Motion, 37MP Photos and ActiveTrack 8.0
Beyond its dual-lens system, the Osmo Pocket 4P Pearl White comes with several features designed to make filming and photography more convenient.
For slow-motion enthusiasts, the camera supports up to 8x slow-motion recording at 4K/240fps. This allows creators to slow down fast-moving scenes, whether capturing sports, flowing water or other moments that benefit from a more cinematic presentation.
Photography is also supported, with the camera capable of capturing still images at up to 37MP. The higher resolution provides additional room for cropping and reframing images during editing.
Another feature is 4K Live Photo, which automatically records a 1.5-second video clip alongside each photo, preserving a short moment of movement around the captured image.
For vloggers who frequently film themselves, ActiveTrack 8.0 can automatically follow moving subjects, including people, pets and vehicles, helping keep them within the frame as they move.
The camera also supports 10-bit HDR video recording, allowing footage to retain more visual information for playback on compatible HDR displays.

Up to 210 Minutes of Battery Life
Battery performance is another area DJI has focused on, with the Osmo Pocket 4P Pearl White offering up to 210 minutes of runtime on a single charge under the stated conditions.
When the battery runs low, fast charging can bring it from 0% to 80% in approximately 18 minutes, helping reduce downtime between filming sessions.
The camera also supports USB 3.1 file transfers, with stated transfer speeds of up to 800MB/s. This is particularly useful when transferring large 4K video files for editing.
For iPhone users, DJI has included an automatic media transfer feature that can transfer newly captured footage to an iOS device after the camera is powered off.
DJI recommends pairing the feature with an iPhone 16 series or newer running iOS 26.4.1 or later, with the camera's battery level above 15% for optimal stability.

The Pearl White edition is also compatible with a selection of accessories from DJI's Osmo ecosystem, including the Osmo Pocket 4 Fill Light, ND and polarising filters, wide-angle lens adapters, a battery handle and OsmoAudio microphones.
These accessories are sold separately, allowing creators to customise their setup depending on whether they are recording travel videos, interviews, lifestyle content or more elaborate productions.
