Ikhlas Com Travel & Umrah Sdn Bhd (ikhlas.com) continues to support national heroes who have successfully made Malaysia proud during the recent Paris Paralympic Games 2024.
The homecoming of the national paralympic contingent that brought home medals during the Games at Kuala Lumpur International Airport Terminal 1 (KLIA1) was further enlivened with a special surprise featuring the sponsorship of umrah and travel to South Korea packages with ikhlas.com worth almost RM100,000.
Chief Marketing Officer of ikhlas.com, Fara Hasan said: “We are honoured to celebrate the success of those who sacrificed a lot of time and energy to make the country shine on the world stage. As a one-stop Muslim-friendly lifestyle and travel platform, ikhlas.com is sponsoring paralympic athletes who brought home medals and the coaches who played important roles in this success.
“We hereby announce the sponsorship of ikhlas.com Umrah packages for Muslim paralympic athletes and coaches while non-Muslims will receive the sponsorship of travel packages to South Korea with ikhlas.com Travel.”
On August 13, ikhlas.com fulfilled the wish of national track cyclist Muhammad Shah Firdaus Sahrom to bring his parents to perform umrah despite failing to win the men's keirin event at the 2024 Olympic Games.
Launched during the pandemic in October 2020, ikhlas.com is a Muslim travel and lifestyle platform designed to help Muslims carry out their responsibilities easily. In addition to ikhlas.com Umrah and halal tourism offers in collaboration with the subsidiary airline, AirAsia X, ikhlas.com also makes it easier for Muslims to perform Zakat, Sadaqah, Aqiqah, Fidyah and Qurban.
