Must-Try At Home Ramadan Delights Recipe: Fruity Agar Agar by Ayam Brand

Cooking Time: 2 hours Serving: 6 INGREDIENTS Fruit Layer 2 cups cold water ¼ cup sugar ½ cup lychee juice 1¾ tsp agar-agar powder 2 cups small fruit pieces of your choice such as Strawberry, Kiwi, Orange, Blueberries Coconut Layer ¾ cup Ayam Brand Coconut Milk Superlight ¼ cup water ¾ tsp + ⅛ tsp agar-agar powder 3 Tbsp sugar A pinch of salt 4 inches pandan leaves (optional) METHOD In a small pot without heat, add the cold water, lychee juice, agar-agar powder, and whisk until there are no more lumps. Once mixed, turn on the heat and bring to a full boil, stirring constantly until agar-agar is completely dissolved. Add sugar and stir until dissolved, then remove from heat and immediately pour about 1/4-inch of the agar-agar into your mold. Add the fruit pieces. Current statistics of COVID-19 in Malaysia [12 March 2020]

Nine (9) new cases of positive Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) have been reported to the National Crisis Preparedness and Response Center (CPRC). With the addition of nine (9) new cases, it brings the cumulative number of COVID-19 positive cases in Malaysia to 158 cases.  Of these cases: 26 cases were detected among Patient-Under-Investigation (PUI) COVID-19 infection 127 cases from close contacts two (2) cases of severe acute respiratory infection (SARI) through COVID-19 surgeries one (1) case of influenza-like-illness (ILI) through COVID-19 surpluses two (2) more cases from the Humanitarian Aid Mission As of today, six (6) cases have been recovered. Must-Try At Home Ramadan Delights Recipe: Kuih Seri Muka by Ayam Brand

Cooking Time: 1 Hour Serving: 6 INGREDIENTS Bottom Layer 300g Glutinous rice, soak for 3 hours and drained. 150ml Ayam Brand Coconut Milk 1 tsp salt 1 tsp sugar (optional) Top Layer 200ml Ayam Brand Coconut Milk 4 medium sized eggs 180g sugar 50g all-purpose flour 20g cornflour 8 pieces pandan leaves METHOD After the rice were soaked, mix with the coconut milk, salt and sugar for the bottom layer. Steam at high heat for 15-20 minutes. While waiting, prepare the top layer. Add the all-purpose flour and cornflour in a bowl. Blend together with the sugar, pandan leaves, salt and coconut until smooth. Using the double boil method, cook the top layer mixture until it thickens. Take out the bottom layer mixture and flatten it until compact. Pour the top layer mixture on onto the bottom layer mixture. Steam again for about 30-40 minutes. Leave it to cool before cutting into preferred shape.

Current statistics of COVID-19 in Malaysia [11 March 2020]

There is 20 new cases of COVID-19 infections have been reported. Close contacts for this case are also being identified and close contact tracking activities are still underway so the cause of this infection can be identified. With the addition of 20 new cases, bringing the cumulative number of COVID-19 positive cases in Malaysia is 149. Of these amounts: 22 cases were detected among Patient-Under-Investigation (PUI) COVID-19 infections; 124 cases of close contacts; one (1) case of severe acute respiratory infection (SARI) through COVID-19 surgeries; and two (2) more cases from the Humanitarian Aid Mission To date, two (2) cases have been reported to be in the Intensive Care Unit and need respiratory assistance but are in stable condition. Of the two (2) cases, one (1) case is being treated at Sungai Buloh Hospital, while another (1) case is being treated at Sultanah Aminah Hospital, Johor Bharu.

Cooking Time: 1 hour 40 minutes Serving: 15 INGREDIENTS 4 cups tapioca flour 700g pumpkin 2 cups sugar 300ml Ayam Brand Coconut Milk 3 cups water 7 gram agar-agar powder 1 tsp salt Grated coconut for the sprinkle, to your liking METHOD Steam the pumpkin for 30 minutes until it is soft. Mash it and set aside to cool. n a small bowl, dissolve the sugar and salt in the water.  In a bigger bowl, mix tapioca flour and the agar-agar powder.  Add in the pumpkin, coconut milk and the sugared water. Mix well until smooth.  Sieve and pour into a steaming mould.  Steam for one hour.   Leave to cool and keep refrigerated until firm.  Cut into desired cubes and roll in grated coconut. Serve.

12 additional new cases were reported in Malaysia, Mar 10. This brings the total of cases so far to 129. Meanwhile, a local man identified as case 84 was discharged yesterday upon recovery, bringing the total of such cases to 25.

Current statistics of COVID-19 in Malaysia [9 March 2020]

A total of 18 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported to the National Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre (CPRC) MOH. They have all been identified and isolated for further management. Investigation and identification of close contacts for testing are currently ongoing. With these additional 18 cases, cumulatively there are now 117 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Malaysia. Of these, 19 cases were amongst Patients Under Investigation (PUI), 96 cases amongst close contacts, and two (2) amongst evacuees of the Humanitarian Assistance missions. The two (2) cases that were reported yesterday to be in the intensive care units (ICU) are still in the ICU requiring ventilation support. Of all confirmed cases reporting during this second wave of COVID-19 infection in Malaysia (Cases 23 to 117), only six (6) cases were reported amongst PUI with histories of travelling overseas. Current statistics of COVID-19 in Malaysia [8 March 2020]

A total of six (6) additional confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported to the National Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre (CPRC) MOH. They have all been identified and isolated for further management. Investigation and identification of close contacts for testing are currently ongoing. All the additional cases reported today are close contacts of the COVID-19 cluster relating to Case 26. They were all identified during contact tracing activities and have been admitted to the isolation ward in hospitals for further management. Investigation and contact tracing activities are still ongoing to identify the source of infection.  With these additional six (6) cases, cumulatively there are now 99 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Malaysia.
