Current Updates on COVID-19 in Malaysia [26 June 2020]

The Ministry of Health (MOH) would like to inform that 23 cases have fully recovered and discharged well today. Cumulatively, 8,294 confirmed COVID-19 cases have fully recovered (96.4% of total cumulative cases). A total of six (6) additional confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported to the National Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre (CPRC) MOH today. Cumulatively there are now 8,606 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Malaysia. Therefore, there are currently 191 active and infective COVID-19 cases , less than 200 cases. They have all been isolated and given treatment. Of the six (6) additional cases reported today, five (5) are imported cases who were infected overseas , involving four (4) Malaysians and one (1) non-Malaysian (with approval to enter Malaysia for work-related matters). The Ministry of Health (MOH) would like to inform that 40 cases have fully recovered and discharged well today. Cumulatively, 8,271 confirmed COVID-19 cases have fully recovered (96.17% of total cumulative cases). A total of four (4) additional confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported to the National Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre (CPRC) MOH today. Cumulatively there are now 8,600 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Malaysia. Therefore, there are currently 208 active and infective COVID-19 cases . They have all been isolated and given treatment. Of the four (4) additional cases reported today, three (3) are imported cases who were infected overseas while the remaining 1 case is due to local transmission case are among Malaysian. The Ministry of Health (MOH) would like to inform that 21 cases have fully recovered and discharged well today. Cumulatively, 8,177 confirmed COVID-19 cases have fully recovered (95.23% of total cumulative cases). A total of 15 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported to the National Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre (CPRC) MOH today. Cumulatively there are now 8,587 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Malaysia. Therefore, there are currently 289 active and infective COVID-19 cases . They have all been isolated and given treatment.
