Current statistics of COVID-19 in Malaysia [18 March 2020]

117 new #COVID19 cases reported in Malaysia as of 12 noon, 18 March 2020. The total cumulative cases is 790 including 60 cases have recovered. 80 new cases of tabligh today with total of 514 linked to the Sri Petaling gathering. 15 cases are critically ill in ICU.

Adjust desire sweetness with gula Melaka and add in a pinch of salt along with the coconut milk and corn. Turn off the heat, remove pandan leaves and serve.

COVID19 disease has spread all over Malaysia and killed two local men so far. Currently, 622 patients are receiving treatment in hospital with 12 in intensive care unit. Malaysians, please distance yourselves from crowded places to prevent infections.

Malaysia announces movement control order effective from 18 - 31 March 2020

Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin has declared that the entire country will be on a movement control order starting from March 18 to 31 to deal with the rise in Covid-19 cases. Muhyiddin said the decision was made under the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988 and the Police Act 1967. Thorough prohibition of movement for assemblies including religious, sport, social and cultural activities. All houses of worship, business premises must be closed, except for supermarkets, public markets, sundry & convenient stores selling daily essentials. Full ban on overseas travel for Malaysians. Those returning from overseas, they must undergo health screening and self-quarantine for 14 days. Current statistics of COVID-19 in Malaysia [16 March 2020]

A total of 125 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported to the National Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre (CPRC) MOH today. Cumulatively there are now 553 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Malaysia.  Based on preliminary investigation, of these 125 additional confirmed cases, 95 cases are related to the Tabligh gathering in Seri Petaling mosque. Currently twelve (12) confirmed COVID-19 cases are receiving treatment in intensive care units requiring ventilation support.

Cooking Time: 1 hour Serving: 12 INGREDIENTS Upper Layer 30gm Rice Flour 30gm Corn Starch 50ml Water 250ml Ayam Brand Coconut Milk Superlight 2 piece Pandan leaves ¼ tsp salt Bottom Layer 300gm Ayam Brand Whole Kernel Corn In Water 250ml Ayam Brand Coconut Milk Superlight 100gm Granulated Sugar 50gm Corn Starch ½ teaspoon Vanilla Essence ½ teaspoon Salt  METHOD Bottom Layer Blend corn and coconut milk until smooth, filter. Mix with sugar, corn starch and vanilla until smooth Pour ¾ mixture into a special heated mould/pan greased with cooking oil. Steam for +/- 10 minutes. As of March 15, 2020 at 5:00 pm, 190 new cases of COVID-19 infections were reported. This brings the total of cases to 428 including 42 recoveries. Most of the new cases are linked to the cluster cases from the Sri Petaling gathering.

Current statistics of COVID-19 in Malaysia [14 March 2020]

Two (2) cases (35th and 61st cases) have been discharged from the Sungai Buloh Hospital ward. This bring a total of 35 cases that fully recovered so far from COVID-19 and being discharged from the ward.  As of March 14, 2020 at 12:00 pm, 41 new cases of COVID-19 infections were reported. All of these new cases have been confirmed by patient under investigation (PUI) (37 cases) and close contact with COVID-19 (4 cases). With the addition of 41 new cases, the number of COVID-19 positive cases in Malaysia increased by 238 cases.  To date, a total of 203 cases are still being treated in the ward with five (5) of them being treated in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and needing respiratory assistance. These cases have also been given anti-viral treatment.

Current statistics of COVID-19 in Malaysia [13 March 2020]

Thirty-nine (39) new cases of positive Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) have been reported to the National Crisis Preparedness and Response Center (CPRC) bringing s the cumulative number of COVID-19 positive cases in Malaysia to 197 cases. As of today, one (1) cases have been recovered. This brings the cumulative number of cases fully recovered from COVID-19 are 33 cases.
