Current Updates on COVID-19 in Malaysia [22 July 2020]

The Ministry of Health (MOH) would like to inform that four (4) cases have recovered and discharged well today. Cumulatively, 8,566 confirmed COVID-19 cases have been discharged (96.9% of total cumulative cases). A total of 16 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported to the National Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre (CPRC) MOH today. Cumulatively there are now 8,831 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Malaysia. Therefore, there are currently 142 active and infective COVID-19 cases . They have all been isolated and given treatment. Of the 16 additional cases reported today, eight (8) are imported cases who were infected overseas , involving four (4) Malaysians and four (4) non-Malaysians (permanent residents or allowed to enter Malaysia for work).  Of the eight (8) local transmission cases, seven (7) cases are among Malaysians and one (1) case is a non-Malaysian, from a pre-departure screening before leaving the country. The Ministry of Health (MOH) would like to inform that seven (7) cases have fully recovered and discharged. Cumulatively, 8,562 confirmed COVID-19 cases have been discharged well (97.1% of total cumulative cases). A total of 15 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported to the National Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre (CPRC) MOH today. Cumulatively there are now 8,815 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Malaysia. Therefore, there are currently 130 active and infective COVID-19 cases . They have all been isolated and given treatment. The Ministry of Health (MOH) would like to inform that two (2) cases have recovered and discharged well today. Cumulatively, 8,555 confirmed COVID-19 cases have been discharged (97.2% of total cumulative cases). A total of 21 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported to the National Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre (CPRC) MOH today. Cumulatively there are now 8,800 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Malaysia. Therefore, there are currently 122 active and infective COVID-19 cases . They have all been isolated and given treatment. The Ministry of Health (MOH) would like to inform that twelve (12) cases have fully recovered and discharged well today. Cumulatively, 8,538 confirmed COVID-19 cases have recovered (97.7% of total cumulative cases). A total of 3 additional confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported to the National Crisis Preparedness and Response Centre (CPRC) MOH today. Cumulatively there are now 8,737 confirmed COVID-19 cases in Malaysia. Therefore, there are currently 77 active and infective COVID-19 cases . They have all been isolated and given treatment.
